A daily at home 15 minute total body toning plan!
I made this routine so that no matter what the fall weather is doing you’ll be able to get a great toning workout right from home! Each part, abs, arms and legs, should take you 5 minutes and you can combine them however you want to customize your workout! I included a suggested cardio schedule at the bottom too and I’d suggest going outside for cardio as much as possible, I know I will be! :)
